Automobile parts processing technology: 1. Casting; 2. Forging; 3. Welding; 4. Cold stamping; 5、; 7. Metal cutting; 6. Heat treatment; 7. Assembly.

Forging is a kind of production and manufacturing method in which molten metal materials are poured into the mold cavity, cooled and solidified to obtain commodities. In the automobile industry, many parts are made of pig iron, which accounts for about 10% of the net weight of the vehicle. For example, the cylinder liner, gearbox housing, steering system housing, automobile rear axle housing, brake system drum, various supports and other casting iron parts generally use sand mold.

In the automobile industry, the production method of casting is widely used. Forging is divided into random forging and solid model forging. Random forging is a production method of putting metal material blanks on iron felt to withstand impact or burden, also known as "quenching". The blanks of the vehicle worm gear and shaft are produced and processed by random casting method. Solid model forging is a production method that places metal material blanks in the die cavity of the forging die to withstand impact or load. Solid model forging is somewhat like the whole process of batter being ground into cookies in the template.

Cold die or sheet metal stamping die is a production method in which sheet metal is cut or formed by force in the stamping die. Daily necessities, such as brine pot, lunch box and washbasin, are all made by cold stamping. The automobile parts produced and processed by cold stamping die include: automobile engine oil pan, brake system base plate, automobile window frame and most body parts. Such parts are generally formed through blanking, punching machine, bending, reverse side, trimming and other processes. In order to produce cold stamping parts better, stamping dies need to be made.

Electric welding is a production method of locally heating or simultaneously heating and stamping two metal materials. Generally, the welding process of holding a mask in one hand and welding tongs and welding wires connected with the cable in the other hand is called manual arc welding. However, manual arc welding is rarely used in the automobile industry, and welding is the most widely used in body production. Welding is applicable to the welding of cold rolled steel plates. In actual operation, two thick steel plates are pressurized with two electrodes to make them stick together. At the same time, the electric flow at the catering point is heated and melted to make them firmly and tightly connected.

Metal material turning production processing is to use a milling cutter to drill holes for metal material blanks step by step; Make the product obtain the required product appearance, specification and roughness. Turning of metal materials includes milling and machining. Milling is a production mode in which workers use hand made special tools to carry out cutting. It is sensitive and convenient in actual operation, and is widely used for installation and maintenance. Machining and manufacturing rely on CNC lathes to achieve drilling, including turning, planing, milling, drilling, grinding and other ways.

Heat treatment process is a way to reheat, insulate or cool solid steel to change its structure to meet the application standards or technical standards of parts. The amount of heating environment temperature, the length of holding time and the speed of cooling efficiency will cause different structural transformation of steel. The blacksmith shop will infiltrate the heated cast iron into the water for rapid cooling (experts call it heat treatment), which can improve the strength of aluminum parts, which is also a case of heat treatment process. Heat treatment methods include quenching, quenching, heat treatment, quenching, etc.

Then connect various components into a complete vehicle according to certain regulations. No matter the components or the components of the whole vehicle, they need to cooperate and correlate with each other according to the requirements of the design drawings, so that the components or the whole vehicle can achieve the set features. For example, when installing the transmission on the clutch housing, make sure that the axis of the transmission key shaft and the axis of the crankshaft are pointing. This core method is not adjusted by the installer (miller) during assembly, but only by the design scheme and manufacturing.
