What are the common problems of the Tensioner pulley?

The common damage problems of the tightening pulley mainly include the following:

Abnormal sound

This is the most common failure phenomenon when the expansion wheel is damaged. Abnormal noise may be caused by problems with the bearing or internal damping mechanism. Oil leakage  

For the hydraulic tightening wheel, there may also be oil leakage. Oil leakage will cause the tension wheel to not work properly, which will affect the performance of the engine.  

Fracture deformation  

This situation is most likely caused by incorrect installation adjustment.
