How to maintain the clutch?

1: Often check the height of the clutch liquid storage tank, if it is lower than the mark of MAX, then it should be added accordingly.

2: Step on the clutch and check whether there are the following problems: the pedal rebound is weak, the clutch sounds abnormally, the clutch pedal is too loose and heavy. If the above problems are found, they should be sent for repair as soon as possible.

3: Clutch hydraulic control mechanism leak check, check the master cylinder and oil pipe, working cylinder and oil pipe and other parts of the traces of clutch liquid.

4: If it is found that there is oil stain or rust on the active sheet and pressure plate, it should be cleaned with gasoline and installed after drying. If it is found that the rivet head is exposed on the friction plate, there are cracks, burn marks and the thickness of the friction plate is less than 3.4mm, the clutch friction plate should be replaced.

5: Control the clutch to achieve a fast two slow three linkage, in the beginning of the pedal lift fast, when the clutch appears semi-linkage, the pedal lift speed is slightly slower, from the linkage to the full engagement process, the pedal slowly lifted. When the clutch pedal is raised, the acceleration pedal is gradually pressed according to the engine resistance, so that the car can achieve a smooth start.
